  • 2 turkey wings, skinned, boned and coarsely chopped
  • 14 oz of turkey broth; substitute chicken broth if necessary
  • 1 lb fresh collard greens, chopped
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper; chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in 6 quart slow cooker
  2. Cook on low for 8-9 hours
